Digital products only — nothing ships

All products sold on this website are digital goods: high-resolution vector artwork files (SVG) with a numbered certificate of authenticity (PNG). We do not sell or ship any physical items, and no shipping fees apply to any order.

How delivery works

Complete your payment through our checkout (processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record).
Within minutes of a successful payment, an automated email is sent to the address you provided at checkout.
The email contains your secure download links (vector file and certificate) and your unique edition number.

Delivery time

Delivery is automatic and typically completes within 5 minutes of payment. In rare cases of high email traffic it may take up to 1 hour.

Did not receive your email?

Check your spam / junk / promotions folder first.
Make sure you entered the correct email address at checkout.
If the email has not arrived within 1 hour, contact us at support@poweris.cn with the email address used for purchase — we will re-send your delivery promptly.

Downloads

Download links in the delivery email remain active indefinitely. If a link ever fails, contact us and we will issue a fresh one.
